个人简介

程明攀,生物医学工程系,教授,博导,国家高层次青年人才,江苏特聘教授,江苏双创团队年。博士毕业于中科院大连化学物理研究所(导师:李灿院士),之后分别在法国和德国开展博士后研究工作。2022年作为独立PI加入永利yl23411,获得学校高层次人才计划支持。从事靶向核酸药物和核酸分子诊断研究,在Nucleic Acids Res., JACS, Angew, ACS Catal., CCS Chem., Chem. Sci.等国际权威期刊发表研究论文20余篇,申请和授权10项发明专利,受邀撰写专著1项,获得多项国家和江苏省自然科学基金项目资助,担任JACSNucleic Acids Research等国际期刊审稿人。

研究方向



1. 非典型核酸结构性质研究

致力于应用和开发最新的化学、生物、物理和大数据工具,揭示序列和环境因素调节核酸结构稳定和构象转变的原理,为靶向药物设计和其它应用提供理论指导。

2. DNA催化研究

希望发现世界上首例具有催化活性的天然DNA酶。同时,我们也将设计和合成高活性和高稳定性的人工DNA酶用于快速分子诊断。

3. 多重核酸检测

致力于发展新型多重或超多重核酸检测技术,希望在单管样本中实现大量疾病标志物的高灵敏和低成本检测。

4. 靶向核酸药物研究

致力于开发靶向这些非典型核酸结构的小分子或核酸偶联药物,用于相关疾病的精准治疗。
